Beats and Brainstorms
Join Corinne Zmoos, the musical speech therapist, for a morning of interactive music and problem-solving. After a circle time of your favorite nursery rhymes, your kid will explore the therapy gym while you ask your burning questions about speech, language, play, transitions, and social-emotional development. You'll get live coaching and problem-solving with Corinne and walk away with 1-2 actionable strategies to implement as soon as you get home (or right there in the clinic!).

The ‘big feelings’ era of toddlerhood can be overwhelming for everyone. In this class with musical speech therapist Corinne Zmoos, you’ll learn therapeutic techniques, songs, and ways of deeply connecting with your child to ride out the toughest tantrums (and maybe even prevent them). You’ll come away with knowledge and evidence-based ideas for building your child’s language, memory, cue-reading, and social-emotional skills. No musical experience necessary - just bring your child and be ready for rhythm!

Tiny Tots Sensory Play Time by Tiny Tides

This class features sensory-based activities for babies crawling to 3 years old designedd to support motor development, play skills, regulation and sensory processing in a fun and engaging environment!

Mat Strength Class
Led by Sammi Chambers, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and mom, this 50-minute full-body strength class is designed to help build strength and increase stamina. Bodyweight exercises and movements will be used to build muscular endurance and core stability. Expect an upbeat and effective full-body workout! All mamas of any experience level pre and post-partum welcome!
