Tiny Tots Sensory Play Time by Tiny Tides

A developmentally informed class, led by Dr. Erin Heyn, occupational and infant feeding therapist. This class features sensory-based activities for babies crawling to 3 years old designedd to support motor development, play skills, regulation and sensory processing in a fun and engaging environment!

Mat Strength Class
Led by Sammi Chambers, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and mom, this 50-minute full-body strength class is designed to help build strength and increase stamina. Bodyweight exercises and movements will be used to build muscular endurance and core stability. Expect an upbeat and effective full-body workout! All mamas of any experience level pre and post-partum welcome!

Come celebrated our long awaited open house! Open door grand opening with some snacks, light refreshments, sensory stations and raffles. Come, hang out and enjoy the space!
We will have a tummy time area for the littles as well as sensory stations for kids crawling - 3 yrs old. We are so excited to welcome you into our new clinic space and bring the community together!
